6. Previous Year Questions and Examination Material
PrepStella may provide previous year questions (PYQs), question papers, answers, explanations and other examination-related educational material for learning and practice purposes.
Credit to Examination Conducting Bodies: PrepStella gives credit to the respective examination conducting body associated with the examination material presented on the platform.
For example, NEET (UG) is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Accordingly, NEET (UG) previous year questions presented on PrepStella are identified with the following attribution:
Where PrepStella provides examination material from an examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or another examination authority, the respective examination conducting body is credited accordingly.
PrepStella does not claim ownership of the original examination questions or question papers belonging to third-party examination authorities or other rights holders.
PrepStella is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially associated with NTA, CBSE or any other examination conducting body.
The use of examination names or references to examination conducting bodies is provided for identification, attribution and educational purposes and does not imply any official partnership or endorsement.
Students should refer to the official website of the relevant examination conducting body for official notifications, examination information, rules, results and other authoritative information.
7. Intellectual Property
The PrepStella website, including its branding, logo, design, interface, original text, graphics, code and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use PrepStella's original materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit PrepStella's original materials without prior permission.
8. Test Results and Performance Data
Test scores, accuracy, progress, streaks and other performance information are provided to help you understand and improve your learning.
These results are intended for practice and self-assessment purposes and should not be considered a prediction or guarantee of your performance in any actual examination.
9. No Guarantee of Examination Success
PrepStella provides educational resources, previous year questions, practice questions, mock tests, explanations and performance-tracking features to support your examination preparation.
However, PrepStella does not guarantee admission, a particular score, rank, percentile, qualification or success in NEET or any other examination.
Examination performance depends on many factors, including preparation, effort, consistency, understanding of the subject, examination conditions and performance on the actual examination.
Use of PrepStella does not guarantee any particular academic or examination outcome.
10. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep PrepStella available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
